About

I’m a seasoned healthcare leader and registered nurse with years of frontline and leadership experience in high-stakes environments like neonatal intensive care and emergency departments. Throughout my journey, one thing has become crystal clear—clear, authentic, and direct communication is everything.

My background, from earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to my Master’s in Clinical Nurse Leadership, has not only sharpened my critical care skills but also deepened my understanding of human connection, teamwork, and leadership.

The part that fuels me the most? Guiding other women to own their voice and navigate tough conversations with confidence and authenticity. It’s about stepping into your power, being real, and getting results. Let’s lead from the front together.

--

I work with women in leadership roles who want to impact their work but not get lost in it. It doesn't have to take you 10 years like it took me to learn how to strategize my time, set boundaries, and show up confidently. I'd love to help you make waves.

The [coworker] I've been having issues with kind of cornered me in a patient's room ...It started out with her asking me questions in an agitated way. I'm sooooo glad I had met with you because l used your tactics to remain calm.

I said a few times, 'let me process that for a minute.' We both got emotional though I did my best to not get defensive and diffuse. I validated her feelings and better expressed mine. I even excused myself for a minute... to give myself space to breathe and recenter. Once we got everything out, it became a very fruitful conversation.
