Intentional conflict resolution and leadership is a game-changer. It’s a skill you can learn and master. That’s exactly why I founded Ogden Peak®—to empower leaders to speak up, navigate conflict at work, advocate for themselves and their teams in the workplace, all while driving results that benefit the company’s bottom line.
My speaking style is described as highly engaging heavy-to-humor.

My methodology integrates change theory and evidence-based-practice with a human-centered approach. This is done through award-winning humor and storytelling that will provide all clients actionable skills and a new desire to enter high stress conversations intentionally.
The most common feedback I receive after an engagement is, "I'm excited to have a conflict conversation now!"

Adrianna is an impressive coach. Her passion for helping people communicate better, combined with her experience as a nurse leader, sets her apart. I have always wanted to create a better work environment to empower my coworkers. Adrianna has provided me with the necessary tools and taught me why these lessons are so crucial for every interpersonal relationship, whether in the workplace or personal life.

The [coworker] I've been having issues with kind of cornered me in a patient's room ...It started out with her asking me questions in an agitated way. I'm sooooo glad I had met with you because l used your tactics to remain calm.
I said a few times, 'let me process that for a minute.' We both got emotional though I did my best to not get defensive and diffuse. I validated her feelings and better expressed mine. I even excused myself for a minute... to give myself space to breathe and recenter. Once we got everything out, it became a very fruitful conversation.

I cannot recommend Adrianna more. Her techniques and tools are matched only by her attention to detail! The skills I learned changed the trajectory of my career and many relationships within it!

Executive coaching refers to a program that trained professionals lead to coach others how to: be leaders in their organization, resolve conflict, communicate effectively, be a visionary, set boundaries with work, strategize work for themselves and the company, manage performance, and many other skills. These professionals, often called executive coaches, can work with their clients to improve their professional and personal lives.
I coach professionals in STEM and healthcare fields that want to reduce excess stress from work by strategizing their day, while also advancing their team and career. This is done through executive coaching. No one should have to stress about how to lead, set goals, communicate effectively, or lack boundaries when the job is already big enough!
This is either done in a one-on-one or group setting. I offer structured group coaching, where people connect with their cohorts and move through the same principles together. One-on-one coaching is refined for all situations in 3-month, 6-month, or 9-month coaching packages, focusing on leadership and workplace principles and how to apply them in every situation.
3-Month Package, Build the Habit: to develop leadership and communication competencies.
6-Month Package, Sustain the Habit: to deepen leadership and communication competencies.
9-Month Package, Master the Habit: to master leadership and communication competencies.
All clients who participate in a 3-month or greater package will receive virtual and physical workbooks that compliment coaching conversations so you can keep mastering principles outside of coaching conversations.
All coaching sessions are 60-90 minutes in duration.
The number of coaching sessions needed varies based on your goals, challenges, and pace of progress. While some clients see significant results in a few sessions, more comprehensive goals might require longer engagement.
As an executive coach, we are your accountability partners to reach your goals and help you achieve results as quickly as possible. This is done in each session.
Coaching sessions are held virtually, and we have helped professionals across the United States! If you would like to explore in-person coaching, please email [email protected] with your inquiry.
